Ms. Villwock provides strategic direction and policy guidance to deliver a resilient, data-centric Information Enterprise. She leverages enterprise cloud, software, and global compute capabilities to ensure information dominance for the mission network and business operations. Her focus is on modernizing digital infrastructure and achieving excellence across the information enterprise through seamless integration and advanced capabilities for joint warfighting and business operations.
Prior to this, Ms. Villwock served as the Director, Enterprise Modernization and Enablement, spearheading the implementation and execution of critical IT reform initiatives. She optimized IT enterprise capabilities to drive strategic alignment with business objectives, fostering agility and innovation while maximizing resource utilization. Her leadership extended to modernizing the IT environment, enforcing architectural standards, ensuring system interoperability, and leveraging data analytics to optimize infrastructure and inform data-driven decisions.
In her previous experience, Ms. Villwock was the Cyber Analytics Chief at the Defense Information Systems Agency leading critical, complex, and cross-cutting cyber and analytical initiatives enhancing the defensive cyber operations of the DoD infrastructure by creating data standards, creating enterprise security tools and content for consumption, and reducing cyber footprint for our adversaries. She was critical in establishing defense email security capabilities to the cloud that accurately detect and remediate advancing targeting, spear-phishing attacks, minimizing the risk of costly breaches to the department.
Ms. Villwock holds a Bachelors in Communications, Public Relations from Valdosta State University and is a Graduate of the Federal Executive Institute.
