Strategy

DoD's Electromagnetic Spectrum (EMS) Strategy lays out the Department's vision for supporting the President's spectrum initiative, and outlines three goals to achieve this balance: improving technology in DoD's spectrum-dependent systems, increasing the agility of DoD's spectrum operations, and enhancing DoD's participation in policy discussion. The Department will meet this vision with the release of the Strategy's roadmap and action plan, development of policies and procedures, and implementation of new technologies.
